Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active RN license (state-specific or compact) Strong background in medical-surgical oncology nursing Critical thinking, leadership, and supervisory skills Experience with multidisciplinary care teams preferred Familiarity with outpatient and/or ambulatory oncology settings a plus
Core Responsibilities:
Provide coordinated direct nursing care to assigned oncology patients Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at various levels Collaborate across multiple healthcare disciplines to support comprehensive treatment plans Exercise independent judgment and professional discretion in patient care decisions Support ambulatory patients with complex medical needs, ensuring streamlined, quality care
