Home Health PTA — $70$100/visit — Monterey County

Compass Coastal Physical Therapy, PC is a clinician-owned home health physical therapy staffing company based in Monterey County. We are looking to add a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to our team. We are a small, hands-on company run by a PT, DPT who works in the field alongside our clinicians. We understand what home health work actually looks like — the drives, the documentation, the relationship with patients — because we do it too.

What we offer:

$70-$100 per visit, W-2 employment Flexible schedule — you set your availability, we build around it Route-optimized scheduling No weekends required Mileage reimbursement Same-day support from a supervising PT for any clinical questions Small caseload to start with room to grow based on your availability What the work looks like: You will carry a caseload of home health patients in Monterey County — primarily Salinas, Monterey, Pacific Grove, Seaside, and Marina. Visits are treatment-based, following plans of care established by our supervising PTs. Documentation is submitted same day through the agency EMR system (Devero and Kinnser — training provided if needed).

What we need:

Active California PTA license in good standing Reliable vehicle, valid California driver's license, and auto insurance Comfortable driving within Monterey County Documentation completed within 24 hours of visit Home health experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person Current caseload: Approximately 10-15 visits per week to start, with the ability to grow based on your availability and our census growth.

Pay:

$70.00 - $100.00 per hour
