Preferred Experience:
Competency in Peripheral IV starts/maintenance and IV Infusion Therapy Experience with accessing ports and PICC lines Job Requirements include: Proof of eligibility to work in the US Current and unrestricted RN license in California A Bachelor of Science in nursing or an associate's degree in nursing and have graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program At least 1 year of experience as an RN Liability Insurance (NSO) Current CA Driver's License Reliable car and valid auto insurance Clean background and criminal record and must successfully pass drug test Current CPR/BLS Current TB (within the past 6 months) Current Physical (within the past 6 months) Competency in finding patient's vein and starting peripheral IVs Computer Proficiency for documentation Responsibilities include: Pay attention to details. Use excellent nursing skills to observe, interpret and monitor patient's condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes, acting as the patient advocate Being able to function calmly under pressure Deliver direct skilled client care in an open and positive manner and with a passionate heart Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
Communications Skills:
