VNA is looking for a On Call LVN.
Job Summary:
Under the supervision the Case Manager and/or clinical leadership team, the On-Call LVN is responsible for providing skilled nursing and supportive care to patients and families. This role responds to patient needs using the nursing process to promote comfort, symptom management, and quality of life for patients and families facing end-of-life care.
Status:
Per Diem Shift:
Saturday - Sunday (2:00pm - 10:30pm)
Education/Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
Active Vocational Nurse license to practice in the State of California 1 year Hospice experience required Current CPR certification
