Salinas Valley Post Acute is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team for the PM Shift. We operate on a 4-on, 2-off rotating schedule, providing you with predictable shifts and regular days off. Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders. Assess, monitor, and document resident health status changes. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families on care plans. Supervise Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. Requirements Valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California. Current
CPR/BLLS
certification. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in post-acute, skilled nursing, or long-term care is preferred but not required. New graduates are welcome to apply!
