Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse
  • Cath Lab for an exciting Travel or Local job in Apple Valley, CA.
Responsibilities Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures. Circulate and monitor patients during Cath Lab procedures. Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care and education. Perform patient assessments and monitor hemodynamic stability throughout procedures. Support right and left heart catheterizations and cardiac stent placements. Administer medications and maintain accurate procedural documentation. Collaborate closely with physicians, technologists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Utilize Epic charting system for documentation and patient care records. Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and departmental policies. Participate in required on-call rotation coverage. Requirements Minimum 2 years of RN experience required. Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience required. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Current ACLS certification required. Current BLS certification required. Experience with diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures. Experience with cardiac stent placement procedures. Experience with circulating responsibilities in the Cath Lab. Experience with right and left heart catheterization procedures. Experience using Epic EMR preferred. Strong critical-thinking, patient assessment, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of Cath Lab experience preferred. Previous travel assignment experience preferred. Strong interventional cardiology background.
