Required Qualifications:
Active RN license (California) Minimum one year of recent Telemetry RN experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring of cardiac and high-acuity patients Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions Administer medications and treatments with meticulous attention to safety protocols Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and recovery steps Accurately document in electronic medical records Foster a supportive, compassionate environment that prioritizes patient-centered care
