Registered Nurse - PACU OR Nurse Supervisor

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the UTC area of La Jolla within San Diego County, CA, for an OR/PACU Nurse Supervisor. The OR/PACU Nurse Supervisor will oversee and manage the pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-anesthesia care processes while ensuring adherence to medical and safety standards. Key responsibilities include supervising OR staff, providing direct patient care in the operating and recovery room and collaborating with the office team to help maintain a smooth process. Qualifications Hands-on experience in post-anesthesia care and critical care medicine are a plus Expertise in recovery room operations and ensuring patient safety and comfort- can be trained if have other critical care experience Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) Knowledge of plastic surgery procedures is a plus but not required
