• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN/LVN License Nurse to join our healthcare team for the AM and PM shifts.

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of patient care, medical procedures, and documentation standards, ensuring high-quality service delivery in a dynamic clinical environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise across various specialties, including acute care, long-term care, and outpatient services, while contributing to patient well-being and safety. Duties Provide direct patient care by performing assessments, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs in accordance with established protocols. Assist with diagnostic evaluations such as laboratory specimen collection, IV infusion, catheterization, and wound suturing to support comprehensive patient management. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like PCC for accurate documentation of patient information and medical records. Support specialized treatments including botulinum toxin procedures, ostomy care, or esthetic laser treatments as applicable. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or outpatient clinics to coordinate patient care plans. Ensure adherence to infection control practices and aseptic techniques during all procedures to maintain a safe environment. Educate patients and their families on health coaching, medication administration, discharge planning, and post-acute care instructions. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and healthcare standards such as NCQA standards while safeguarding patient confidentiality. Skills Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, or similar platforms for seamless medical documentation. Extensive clinical experience in areas such as critical care (ICU), emergency medicine (ER), trauma medicine (Level I & II Trauma Centers), or hospital medicine. Skilled in performing advanced procedures like IV insertion, ventilator management, tube feeding, phlebotomy, and sterile processing techniques. Knowledge of ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding for procedures, and laboratory testing processes. Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology to accurately assess patients' conditions and support diagnostic evaluation. Experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics (neonatal ventilator), geriatrics (memory care), behavioral health patients, or individuals with developmental disabilities. Ability to manage acute pain cases and provide specialized care such as hospice & palliative medicine or infectious disease management. Excellent communication skills for triage assessments and case management within fast-paced environments like urgent care or outpatient clinics.
