Help our team provide compassionate care to the patients in our community offering the best care programs available in the Greater Los Angeles area. Become part of a team that strives to be a leader in providing professional and comprehensive care to critically, chronically and terminally ill patients in our community.
Requirements of Hospice:
Current RN license in State of CA One year of hospice experience Experience with afterhours or on call/running nursing
Hospice RN Duties Include:
Ensure quality and safe delivery of Hospice services Implements current nursing practices and provide direct hands-on care within scope of practice Obtains orders as needed to promote comfort and quality of life Keep Case Manager informed of all changes in condition and orders obtained
