Travel Pay:
$2,800.00/week Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the perioperative setting, ensuring safe and efficient surgical procedures. This role involves collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to provide optimal patient outcomes across all age groups. Key Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect patient care in the perioperative setting Perform patient assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care Assist during surgical procedures and ensure sterile environment standards Coordinate patient care with surgical team members Supervise and guide OR Technicians and support staff Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Participate in performance improvement initiatives, staff meetings, and training Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems (EPIC preferred) Support efficient patient flow and continuity of care Required Qualifications Current and valid RN license (State of California) Current BLS (AHA) certification ACLS (AHA) certification PALS (AHA) certification Minimum 1 year of perioperative (OR) experience Experience with Pre-Op and Post-Op care & ENT Familiarity with
EPIC EMR
systems Must be able to take call Preferred Qualifications CNOR Certification (AORN) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Additional Information No on-call required initially, but must be willing to take call if needed Opportunity to work in a fast-paced surgical environment Collaborative and team-oriented setting focused on quality patient care
