Registered Nurse CVT Operating Room University of California - San Francisco United States, California, San Francisco 505 Parnassus Avenue (Show on map) Jun 10, 2026 The Moffitt Long Operating Room (OR) consists of 28 surgical suites. Our primary focus is tertiary/quaternary surgical care using team based staffing. Our complex surgery uses the most advanced technology, including hybrid suites and robotic surgery. Services include but are not limited to: General Surgery, Urology, Transplant, Cardiac, Vascular, Thoracic, OHNS, OMFS, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, and Neurosurgery.

Required qualifications:

Minimum one year of experience in the CVOR Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California Current CPR through the American Heart Association (BLS) Preferred qualifications: Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through the

American Heart Association License/Certification:
