Our team blends advanced medical expertise with innovative aesthetic treatments in our cozy Cow Hollow location. Led by our Board-Certified Medical Director and Chief Aesthetics Officer, our passionate team of physician, nurse practitioners, and aestheticians is committed to delivering safe, science-backed, transformative skincare treatments. The Opportunity We seek a compassionate, detail-oriented Aesthetic RN or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing medical aesthetics team. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge treatments while working alongside a supportive, multidisciplinary team dedicated to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. What You'll Do Perform medical aesthetic procedures, including injectables (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, dermal fillers), laser treatments, PRP, and advanced skincare therapies under medical supervision. Conduct thorough patient consultations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans. Provide comprehensive pre- and post-treatment patient education and care. Maintain meticulous medical documentation in full compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and customized skincare regimens. Uphold the highest standards of safety, sterilization, and clinical compliance. Collaborate closely with our medical director, nurse practitioner, and aesthetician team. Stay current with emerging aesthetic technologies and treatment protocols.

What We're Looking For Required:

Active, unrestricted California RN or NP license Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills Excellent communication abilities and bedside manner Genuine interest in aesthetic medicine and skin health Detail-oriented with commitment to safety and compliance Professional demeanor with a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals 1+ years of experience in medspa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic nursing Hands-on experience with injectables (neuromodulators and dermal fillers Familiarity with laser systems (Aerolase or similar), microneedling, SkinPen, or other aesthetic devices IV therapy and injection experience

Bonus Skills:

We're actively expanding our treatment menu! Experience with advanced modalities, including PRP treatments, medical-grade peels, body contouring, or specialized laser systems, is highly valued.
