• 12 hour shifts Day/Midnight with flexible scheduling Holiday & Weekend commitment Newark, DE ChristianaCare is currently seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our Women's & Children's Float Pool.

This unique opportunity requires flexibility and a commitment to excellence, as the RN will rotate through four specialized areas: Labor & Delivery Postpartum Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level

III NICU

) Inpatient Pediatrics Our Women's & Children's services support over 6,500 births annually, and include a Level III NICU and a dedicated Pediatric Care Center. As a Float Pool RN, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units, ensuring safe and optimal outcomes for patients and families. Education and Experience Requirements:

BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire At least TWO years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in Women's and Children's services areas listed above required

BLS, NRP, PALS

certifications required ACLS certification preferred Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware required
