Key Qualifications:
Valid and unrestricted RN license. Minimum recent experience in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) environment. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub on CVOR procedures, ensuring optimal patient safety and sterile technique. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff during all phases of cardiac surgery. Manage critical equipment and support rapid interventions when required. Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care with precision and poise under pressure. Maintain meticulous documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards.
