This role offers an immediate start for qualified candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care across skilled nursing settings. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate nursing services, ensuring patient safety, and supporting overall health outcomes. Your expertise will contribute to a dynamic environment where teamwork and patient-centered care are at the forefront. Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to inform care plans. Administer medications via injections, IV infusions, and other routes following strict protocols and HIPAA regulations. Monitor patients' conditions closely, manage acute pain, and respond promptly to emergencies using airway management and ventilator support when necessary. Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (PCC) systems like Epic or Cerner, ensuring compliance with medical documentation standards. Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, developmental disabilities, or those requiring memory care or hospice services. Requirements Valid LVN license in good standing with current state licensure. Proven experience in diverse healthcare environments such as nursing homes. Demonstrated ability to perform venipuncture, IV insertion, catheter care, and sterile procedures with aseptic technique. Critical thinking skills with the ability to assess patient needs quickly and accurately in high-pressure situations. Excellent communication skills for effective triage and patient education across age groups including pediatrics and geriatrics. Ability to work flexible hours including
AM/PM/NOC
