About Us We believe aesthetic medicine should be results-driven, relationship-focused, and centered around exceptional patient experiences. We are a growing medical aesthetics practice specializing in injectables, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, body treatments, and wellness services. We are looking for an Aesthetic Registered Nurse who is not only clinically skilled, but also highly consultative, sales-oriented, and passionate about helping patients achieve their goals. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the practice, build a loyal patient following, and play a key role in driving clinic revenue and patient satisfaction. Position Summary The ideal candidate has experience in medical aesthetics, excels at patient consultations, and is comfortable recommending comprehensive treatment plans rather than single services. We are looking for someone who can build trust, educate patients, and convert consultations into long-term treatment relationships. Responsibilities Conduct aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans Perform cosmetic procedures within scope of practice Administer neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) Assist with or perform laser and skin rejuvenation treatments Perform microneedling, PRF/PRP, chemical peels, and other aesthetic services Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and maintenance plans Recommend packages, memberships, and treatment plans based on patient goals Document treatments and maintain compliance with medical protocols Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and retention Collaborate with front office and leadership team to achieve clinic goals Participate in marketing events, consultations, and patient education initiatives Requirements Active California RN license Minimum 2 years nursing experience Minimum 2 year experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or med spa environment preferred Experience with neurotoxins and cosmetic consultations strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales mindset with the ability to educate and close treatment plans Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and memberships Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-first mentality What Success Looks Like Consistently converting consultations into treatments Building long-term patient relationships and retention Growing treatment plan and membership sales Delivering exceptional patient experiences and outcomes Compensation Competitive hourly wage based on experience Performance bonuses Commission opportunities on treatment plan and package sales Employee discounts on treatments and skincare Growth opportunities into Lead Nurse and Clinical Leadership positions Schedule 1 Weekend/month availability 3-5 days per week Preferred Candidate We're looking for a nurse who thinks like a provider and a business owner.
