You will deliver high‑quality, compassionate care to patients in medical emergencies while collaborating with ED physicians and interdisciplinary teams. The role provides an opportunity to work in a reputable healthcare facility and experience the beauty of Central California.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high‑quality, compassionate care to patients experiencing medical emergencies Perform triage, assessments, and interventions quickly and effectively Administer medications, IV therapy, wound care, and life‑saving interventions Collaborate with ED physicians and interdisciplinary teams Document patient care and condition accurately using electronic medical records Respond to emergency codes and participate in resuscitation efforts as needed Educate patients and families regarding treatment and care plans
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) Active California RN License (unencumbered) BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required Minimum 1 year of recent ED experience in a hospital setting
