- Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and resident assessments
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to physicians and supervising nurses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapy staff and physicians, to support individualized care plans
- Accurately document care and resident progress in electronic medical records (PointClickCare experience preferred)
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality resident care
- Serve as a compassionate advocate for residents and their families Qualifications
- Current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing, subacute, rehabilitation, or post-acute setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
