Job Description

Job Summary We are a wellness therapy company providing mobile solutions for symptoms, recovery, and overall wellness, seeking licensed IV specialists with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to supplement their income within a structured, compliant medical model. Our patient base is largely urgent, focusing on dehydration, fatigue, nausea, and symptom relief. All new patients complete a live scan with our licensed physician for clearance, followed by a consent process acknowledging therapy risks, ensuring patient-specific orders and regulatory compliance. Specialists have 24/7 medical support for acute scenarios and clinical guidance. You may introduce patients into the network and are not restricted by travel, with travel fully compensated. Specialists must be flexible, available, and operate with a strong sense of urgency and willingness to serve, as these time-sensitive cases offer the most competitive compensation. This is an ideal opportunity for nurses seeking flexibility, independence, and strong physician-backed support. Responsibilities Administer IV infusions, injections, and medications following aseptic technique and medical protocols. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, anatomy knowledge, and physiology evaluation. Manage catheter care, venipuncture, and IV insertion with precision and adherence to infection control standards. Monitor patient responses during treatment sessions, providing immediate intervention for adverse reactions or complications such as acute pain or airway issues. Document all procedures accurately within EMR/EHR systems like JotForm. Educate patients on post-treatment care, medication management, and health coaching strategies tailored to individual needs. Collaborate with healthcare teams in hospital settings such as Level I Trauma Centers or teaching hospitals when necessary for intelligence on outpatient referrals. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and Workers' Compensation law while ensuring patient confidentiality. Travel to various locations for in-home visits or outpatient clinics providing services such as dialysis support, hospice & palliative medicine, or geriatrics care. Requirements Valid state licensing with IV certification (e.g., Paramedic, RN, LVN, LPN). Liability insurance of up to $1M through a credited provider. Proven experience in critical care environments such as ICU or emergency room settings; experience with Level I Trauma Centers is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques. Experience administering injections, phlebotomy, tube feeding management, ventilator support, and ostomy care is advantageous. Ability to perform physical examinations and vital signs assessment accurately. Excellent patient assessment skills with a focus on working with diverse populations including pediatrics (neonatal ventilator), seniors (memory care), or individuals with developmental disabilities. Capable of working independently in various environments such as assisted living facilities or home & community care settings. Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS are a plus. Must pass background checks prior to employment. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through personalized mobile IV services delivered across multiple healthcare settings while working within a supportive team environment that values professionalism and continuous learning.
