Key Qualifications:

Current RN license Peri-Op 101 Certification required; CNOR certification preferred Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications Proven independence in Urology, Vascular, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Spine, Ophthalmology, and Plastic Surgery procedures Strong critical thinking and communication skills in fast-paced OR settings

Responsibilities:

Prepare and assist in surgical procedures across designated specialties Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the perioperative team to optimize patient outcomes Monitor patient vital signs and advocate for patient safety throughout surgery Document care accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards This travel position offers the chance to utilize specialized perioperative skills in a progressive outpatient surgical center on a flexible schedule.
