  • Part-time, Full-time Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse working the NOC (Night) shift, where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in patient care.

As a Registered Nurse on the NOC shift, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes through expert care and compassionate support. Your dedication will help maintain our commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery, fostering a safe and healing environment for all patients. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to determine immediate needs and ongoing care plans. Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and perform catheter care following aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and comfort. Manage airway support with ventilator management and assist with tube feeding or gastric lavage as needed. Perform diagnostic evaluations such as laboratory specimen collection, processing, and documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems like Point Click Care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and triage to optimize patient outcomes across inpatient and outpatient environments. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical records and documentation of all patient interactions. Skills Extensive critical care experience including ICU or Level I Trauma Center settings with familiarity in trauma medicine and acute pain management. Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth for medical documentation and coding (ICD-9/10, CPT). Skilled in performing advanced procedures like suturing, phlebotomy, venipuncture, catheterization, ostomy care, and sterile processing techniques. Knowledge of infectious disease protocols, infection control practices, and working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays. Experience managing complex cases involving cardiology (cardiac catheterization), nephrology (dialysis), or pediatric/neonatal populations including neonatal ventilator care. Ability to perform physical examinations and assessments in diverse clinical environments such as emergency rooms, urgent care centers, outpatient clinics or home & community care settings. Strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology knowledge, trauma medicine principles, and the ability to work effectively within hospital medicine or medical-surgical units.
