Part-Time Status Location Santa Cruz Post Acute Santa Cruz, CA Job Overview Santa Cruz Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team for the part-time PM shift. You will provide high-quality rehabilitative and skilled nursing care to our residents. This role requires a compassionate professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and possesses strong clinical decision-making skills. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments accurately. Assess and monitor resident conditions. Document clinical changes in electronic records. Lead and supervise vocational nursing staff. Coordinate care plans with physicians. Respond promptly to resident emergencies. Qualifications & Requirements Valid California RN license required. Current CPR/BLS certification required. Commitment to weekday and weekend shifts. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience preferred.
