Every day, you will assess patient conditions, administer medications, perform prescribed treatments, and meticulously document care. You will collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement individualized care plans, ensuring a seamless and high-quality patient experience. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient safety, and excellent communication. Your compassionate demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment are essential. Takes vital signs, heights and weights. Records on appropriate charting form Reports observations regarding patient's status to the registered nurse. Identifies and responds to urgent/emergent situations. Assists in patient admission, transfer or discharge Moves, lifts, ambulates and transports patients safely. Assists physicians and nursing staff with assigned procedures Demonstrates proper aseptic technique Job Requirements Required I.V. certification/approved course.
