Where You'll Work Founded in 1940, Dignity Health - Marian Regional Medical Center is a 191-bed, acute care, nonprofit hospital located in Santa Maria, California. Serving over 250,000 patients annually, the hospital offers a full complement of services including Level II Trauma Center, Level III NICU, cancer care, orthopedics, and stroke care. One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Utilizes the nursing process to provide safe therapeutic care for patients: Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients. Identifies changes in patient's condition and intervenes appropriately. Provides patient care for a given patient assignment, either as a primary caregiver or by delegating and supervising as a team leader. Works collaboratively with physician. Reviews orders. Reports abnormal lab values and significant changes in patient findings. Works collaboratively with patients and family to establish a plan of care, which would include an assessment of psychosocial needs. Job Requirements Required Associate Of Nursing ADN - Associate Degree in Nursing 1 year of clinical nursing experience
Registered Nurse:
CA Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days Preferred BSN 2 years or greater recent periop experience as circulating and/or scrubbing RN or Clinical nursing in Tele, CCU or ED. Experience as RN in CVOR, Ortho, Neuro,General, Robotics, GYN, Advanced Endoscopy, Hybrid procedures and Urology highly preferred
