We are a results-oriented center offering a full spectrum of cosmetic, anti-aging, and appearance-enhancing treatments. We are looking for a motivated, responsible Aesthetic NP or RN only with experience & customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Administer injectables such as Botox, Xeomin and all Dermal Fillers Performing skin rejuvenation treatments/lasers such as Photofacials (IPL), Fractional, Laser Hair Removal and Microneedling Must have flexibility in schedule.

MUST TAKE INITIATIVE TO DO THINGS BEYOND ONE'S JOB DUTIES MUST CLEAN UP TREATMENT ROOM IN BETWEEN CLIENTS INCLUDING AT THE END OF THE DAY MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER MUST POSSESS EFFICIENT TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS

Actively being trained but shows proper judgment, & knows when to call for help. Strict adherence to all company protocol and policies. Requires a great attitude, great service performance, excellent customer abilities, & is one who is punctual & reliable. Nurture your client relationships via calls, & emails on a weekly basis. Displays good judgment. No customer complaints. Adheres and follows all company policy and protocol. Attendance at 90% or higher. Handles more technically challenging treatments. They are trusted to be able to handle customer demands, & know how to deescalate potential problems. They also know when to say no and how to redirect that into a sale. Actively promotes the company on social media and through word of mouth to book more clients and retain current clients

Job Requirements:

At least 2+ year's experience as a Nurse Injector/Aesthetic Nurse At least 1 year experience as a Laser Nurse Valid license issued by the State of California Expertise in administering aesthetic injections with different brands of Neurotoxins and Dermal fillers. Knowledge of current trends, techniques, and equipment in the aesthetic and skin care industry. Proficiency with device- based and regenerative treatments including; Laser hair removal, IPL facials, CO2 laser treatments, Micro needling, PRP/PRF treatments, (Peptide therapy knowledge is a plus) Team player with great communication skills Ability to build and maintain rapport with patients Skincare & Service Sales experience Ensure safety of clients at all times Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required Conduct consultations to identify client goals and educate/determine/recommend services/treatments to achieve client's optimal results Ensure a high level of client satisfaction Provide quality service and following protocols at all times If you are an experienced aesthetic NP/RN with strong injectable skills, advanced device knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes, you will be an excellent fit for this role.
