Day | 5x8-Hour (8:00 AM- 4:30 PM)
Duration:
13Weeks Required:
Active California RN License . Minimum 2 years of recent acute care hospital inpatient Case Management experience . Current experience (within the last 6 months ) performing Care Coordination and Admission Reviews . Acute care hospital experience is required. Proficiency with Epic EMR. Working knowledge of InterQual criteria. Strong clinical assessment, discharge planning, utilization review, and care coordination skills.Job Details:
Day shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM.
Pay:
$2,700.00- $2,850.
