$88.50/hour Responsibilities Provide direct perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and equipment for surgery Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection prevention protocols Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during procedures Monitor patient status and advocate for patient safety throughout the surgical process Collaborate with surgical technologists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams Accurately document patient care and procedural details Requirements Active RN license BLS required CNOR preferred Recent Operating Room experience required Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile technique, and patient safety standards Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment Why Santa Rosa?
