Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of California (required) Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Acute care facility experience preferred Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certification (required) ACLS (AHA or ARC) certification (required) PALS (AHA or ARC) certification (required) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver coordinated, evidence-based nursing care for surgical patients using the nursing process Supervise and delegate duties to assigned team members, ensuring excellent care continuity Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to develop patient-centered care plans Educate patients and families, promoting health and supporting positive outcomes Play an active role in discharge planning and care transitions Maintain a safe, healing environment through evidence-based practices
