Schedule/Hours:
Variable 8-hour shifts Must have flexibility to work both days and nights
Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license Minimum of recent operating room experience In-depth knowledge of perioperative nursing protocols Strong critical thinking and adaptability Effective communication and team collaboration skills Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Role Responsibilities:
Provide safe, thorough, patient-centered care throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op stages Circulate and/or scrub on a variety of surgical cases Collaborate efficiently with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and safety policies Respond promptly to emergent situations and changing priorities Accurately document procedures and patient responses
