Required Skills & Qualifications:

Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of California Recent experience in Emergency Room settings Advanced critical thinking and organizational skills Ability to effectively supervise and delegate to a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

BLS, ACLS

certifications (additional certifications may be required)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver coordinated, evidence-based care to individual ER patients or assigned groups Supervise and mentor nursing staff at multiple levels Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care Collaborate with physicians and allied healthcare providers for comprehensive patient management Apply sound professional and supervisory judgment to ensure optimal outcomes Ensure meticulous documentation in accordance with established standards
