Key Qualifications & Experience:
Active and unencumbered RN license. BLS certification required; additional operating room certifications preferred. Minimum one year of recent Operating Room RN experience. Proficiency in pre-op, intra-op, and post-op patient care. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure patient safety. Maintain sterile field and follow rigorous infection control practices. Document patient responses and surgical events with precision.
