Key Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN license At least 2 years of recent circulating/scrubbing experience in the Operating Room Current BLS and ACLS certification Familiarity with a wide range of surgical procedures and sterile field protocols Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic clinical environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Circulate and scrub during surgical procedures, ensuring the maintenance of a sterile field Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists for optimal patient care Perform pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative nursing duties Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond to emergencies Accurately complete documentation and support compliance with healthcare regulations
