Job Description

JOB DETAILS

The CWON will initiate topical medications and / or treatments for common skin disorders and wounds: patients with chronic wounds; including pressure injuries, traumatic wounds, neuropathic ulcers, lower extremity ulcers, traumatic wounds, burns, rashes, draining fistulas, and stomas of any type, or patients with a Braden score of 18 or less

REQUIREMENTS

Must have current Wound Care RN experience, and must hold current Wound Ostomy Care certification
