Qualifications/Experience:
Active and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1 year current Operating Room nursing experience BLS certification required (additional certifications are a plus) Strong knowledge of surgical nursing practices, aseptic technique, and operating room protocols Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills Adaptability to new clinical settings
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care throughout the perioperative process Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure patient safety Prepare operating rooms and maintain a sterile environment Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition Document procedures, assessments, and interventions accurately Support patient education and postoperative recovery guidance
