Pay - The anticipated wage for this position is between $84-$88 . Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. The Clinical Nurse (RN) provides hands-on, evidence-based patient care in accordance with the California Nursing Practice Act, regulatory requirements, andanizational standards. This role is responsible for the full nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and patient/family education—while collaborating across the care team to ensure optimal oues. What You'll Do Deliver direct patient care and manage the full nursing process Assess, interpret, and monitor patient data to guide care decisions Develop and implement individualized care plans with the healthcare team Educate patients and families on care, recovery, and prevention Respond quickly to clinical changes and activate emergency protocols as needed Ensurepliance with safety standards, policies, and best practices Support team collaboration, mentoring, and continuous improvement Utilize clinical systems for documentation,munication, and care coordination Requirements Active California RN license Current BLS (American Heart Association) Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Effectivemunication skills Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Additional Details Circulating RN for OR 0630 start, 12-hour shifts, variable days Join a collaborative team w your clinical expertise andmitment to patient care make a meaningful impact every day.

Pay Details:
