• 9 Operating Rooms Number of Staff
• 50 Type of staff: Day Shift
• 1 CNC, 7 RN, 7 surgical techs Night Shift
• 1 CNC/RN, 1 surgical tech Patient Ratios
• 1:1 Type of equipment
• DaVinci Robot EMR
• Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

At least 2 years current experience First Assist experience with DaVinci Robot, Ortho Spine, Gynecology, Neurology, and General Surgery Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Spine and Neurosurgery instrument experience CNOR certificuation Strong physician relationship and communication skills List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Lumbar/Cervical Spine procedures Spinal Fusion and Instrumentation Cases Robotic General, Gynecological and Urological procedures Craniotomy and Neurosurgery Procedures Best personality

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

RN license, RNFA certification;

BLS/ACLS
