Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN Home Infusions

We're hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in port access and infusion therapy to support our pediatric and geriatric clients in Redondo Beach and Coastal Los Angeles. If you're a skilled, compassionate nurse who believes in doing the right thing, we want to hear from you. What We're Looking For (Must Haves): Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California. Minimum of 1 years of Home Infusion or IV Therapy Experience (REQUIRED). Medication Administration Certification, IV Therapy Certification (PREFERRED). Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children and families. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (REQUIRED). Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Compassionate demeanor and a passion for pediatric care. Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Do:

Administer IV therapy and infusions as ordered by the doctor Access and care for ports, central lines, and IV sites Watch for side effects and report any bad reactions Teach patients and families about their treatments and what to expect Work closely with other nurses and doctors to support care plans Keep clear and timely notes on all care provided Always follow safety and infection control rules BrightStar Care is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
