Job Description

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a
  • Registered Nurse
  • to work at a facility in
  • Torrance, CA.
  • These are _registry_ positions with our company.
  • Pay Rate:
  • $60 / hour
  • Shift details:
  • + 12 hours + 36 hrs per week + Days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Nursing Specialty:
  • + Telemetry/PCU
  • Qualifications:
  • + Ensure that profiles are submitted only for RNs who are fully committed to working a in an 8-week assignment.
+ Required certifications include active Registered Nurse license, AHA
BLS, NIHSS
Certification, MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life Safety card (must be LA City), and completion of the LA County Employee Health Clearance prior to the assignment start date.
  • Assignment Information:
  • Is currently in need of Registered Nurses (RNs) with a minimum of recent two (2) years of Progressive Care Unit/Step Down Unit/Telemetry experience in a Level 1 Trauma Institution in a metropolitan city with diverse population providing care to patients with heart condition, post-cardiac procedures, arrythmias, and heart failure from initial assessment to end-of-life care who require continuous cardiac monitoring.
RNs must be competent in telemetry monitoring and ECG rhythms interpretation. RNs are responsible for delivering intense interventions for a variety of medical conditions such as recovering from surgery, and have a variety of other medical needs, lifesaving treatments and complex care for patients with life- threatening illnesses or conditions.
