Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment Full-time hours; days and shifts may vary based on assignment needs Qualifications /
Skills Desired:
Active RN license in California, or eligibility to obtain Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Minimum one year of recent Operating Room nursing experience Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
Key Responsibilities:
Scrub and circulate for a variety of surgical cases Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists for patient safety and quality care Maintain accurate documentation throughout perioperative processes Monitor patient status pre-, intra-, and post-op Adhere to infection control and safety standards
