Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in the medical-surgical unit Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, medications, and post-discharge care Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing (RN-MS) Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to prioritize patient care Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Adaptability to new environments and travel assignments
