ER, ICU, Med/Surg Qualifications & Experience:

Active California RN license Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; NRP preferred Minimum of one negative TB screening within the past 12 months Demonstrated leadership experience in ICU and supervisory roles

Responsibilities:

Provide oversight and support to nursing staff in the ICU, ER, and Med/Surg units Coordinate coverage and patient flow during meal periods and staff breaks Ensure compliance with safety and care standards Foster strong communication among multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care This travel position is ideal for a flexible nursing professional ready to combine clinical expertise with managerial responsibilities.
