This a culture of winning. At Talented Medical Solutions we breed winners. Responsibilities Provide high-quality Emergency Department nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Triage patients, assign acuity, and prioritize care to ensure timely treatment. Monitor patient status, interpret vitals, and escalate concerns promptly. Adhere to infection control, safety, and compliance standards in all tasks. Administer medications and treatments per protocols, document accurately. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to develop care plans. Document all clinical actions in the electronic health record with precision. Meet department targets and KPIs, contributing to overall growth metrics. Engage in continuous learning and professional development to advance clinical skills. Assist in patient and family education to support understanding and outcomes. Maintain readiness for surge situations and participate in drills or drills-ready tasks. Support mentoring of junior staff and peers to strengthen team effectiveness. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license with active ER nursing certification Minimum 2-3 years ER or acute care experience Proven triage skills and acuity assessment proficiency Strong EHR documentation accuracy and timely charting Infection control, safety compliance, and standard precautions Medication administration and protocol adherence Ability to prioritize under pressure with rapid decision making Clinical teamwork with physicians and multidisciplinary staff KPI-driven performance mindset and target attainment Teaching and mentoring junior staff; capability to lead by example What's in it for you?
