Schedule:
Travel assignment (specific shift details provided upon interview)
Key Qualifications:
Active RN license (state of practice)
AHA/ARC BLS
certification (required) AHA/ARC ACLS and PALS certification (required) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Prior acute care facility experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Deliver coordinated nursing care for individual patients or assigned groups, in alignment with established standards and the nursing process Supervise and direct assigned nursing personnel and coordinate interdisciplinary care Collect, analyze, and utilize patient data to develop, implement, and evaluate outcome-focused care plans Promote a safe and caring environment and provide clear health education to patients, families, and team members Participate in discharge planning to ensure seamless patient transitions Delegate tasks appropriately and foster teamwork Maintain compliance with required vaccinations and organizational safety protocols
