Role Details As a travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse, you'll collaborate closely with diverse care teams and adapt to best practices in emergent patient care. You'll play a vital role in outcome-driven environments, refining decision-making abilities and communication skills while supporting those in acute need.

Schedule/Hours:

Travel assignment; specific schedule provided upon interview

Key Responsibilities:

Triage and assess patients with a wide variety of emergent needs Monitor, document, and communicate vital patient data Administer medications and perform life-saving interventions per physician direction Collaborate with healthcare staff and communicate with patient families Maintain a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment

Qualifications:

Current, active RN license (CA or compact state) Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (required) Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and ability to remain calm under pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
