Assess learner needs; design curricula aligned with clinical competency goals. Measure training outcomes and track progress against performance KPIs. Ensure compliance with regulatory and healthcare standards in training. Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires and staff. Facilitate live and virtual training sessions with engaging methods. Coach and mentor staff to foster continuous learning and self-improvement. Utilize data analytics to optimize training programs and resource allocation. Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and growth opportunities. Develop and maintain a pipeline of development opportunities within the team. Contribute to performance reviews with evidence-based training impact data. Experience/Qualifications RN license with active clinical practice and relevant L&D certification. Experience leading evidence-based nursing education programs and curricula design. Ability to assess learner needs and map curricula to clinical competency goals. Familiarity with regulatory and healthcare training standards (e.g., Joint Commission). Strong analytics skills to measure training outcomes and KPI alignment. Proven onboarding and orientation program management for new hires. Excellent facilitation of live and virtual training sessions with engaging methods. Strong commitment to continuous learning and personal development with growth trajectory. Coaching/mentoring mindset with track record of staff development and succession planning. Collaboration with leadership to identify skill gaps and growth opportunities. What's in it for you?
