Job Description
Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ER RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. You'll work in a modern emergency department featuring 21 rooms, including trauma and fast-track spaces. Collaborate with dedicated teams, including 24/7 hospitalists, live intensivists during the day, and robust pharmacy and phlebotomy support. The role is ideal for nurses seeking to grow their skill sets and bolster their resumes with hands-on experience in a progressive, well-resourced unit—using Cerner documentation and Omnicell medication systems.
Schedule/Hours:
Staffing is managed by the scheduling office No on-call requirement No floating between departments Weekend shifts required Flexible scrub color—wear what's comfortable (no prints)Qualifications:
Valid RN license, with ER experience preferred BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Strong triage, assessment, and crisis management skills Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary clinical environment Adaptability and proficiency with Cerner documentationResponsibilities:
Deliver high-quality emergency care across a variety of patient populations Collaborate closely with hospitalists, intensivists, and support teams Efficiently document interventions and patient progress Manage and prioritize care for up to four patients per assignment Engage actively in unit-based initiatives and continuous improvementBenefits & Perks:
