Qualifications:

Valid RN license, with ER experience preferred BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Strong triage, assessment, and crisis management skills Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary clinical environment Adaptability and proficiency with Cerner documentation

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality emergency care across a variety of patient populations Collaborate closely with hospitalists, intensivists, and support teams Efficiently document interventions and patient progress Manage and prioritize care for up to four patients per assignment Engage actively in unit-based initiatives and continuous improvement
