Qualifications & Experience:
Valid and unencumbered RN license Proficiency in Telemetry nursing and monitoring cardiac patients BLS and ACLS certifications (current and active) Minimum of one year recent experience in a Telemetry unit preferred Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical settings
Responsibilities:
Routinely monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms Manage and care for patients requiring continuous telemetry observation Administer medications and maintain accurate records Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care Educate patients and families about care plans and treatments Uphold highest standards of safety and infection control
