AM Required Qualifications:

At least one year of recent (within the last three years) full-time equivalent NICU nursing experience Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active Registered Nurse license for the state in which care is provided Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification Experience in

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care to critically ill newborns in a Level

III NICU

environment Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other NICU staff to devise and implement comprehensive care plans Perform precise assessments, administer medications, and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal patient stability Support families by providing education and emotional support during a challenging time Adhere to stringent protocols for infection control and patient safety Document clinical observations and interventions promptly and accurately
