Collaborates with interdisciplinary healthcare teams while utilizing critical thinking, clinical expertise, professional judgment, and supervisory skills to provide safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Job Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred Acute care facility experience: Preferred Licenses & Certifications Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification: Required Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care using the nursing process. Collect and analyze patient health information to identify nursing diagnoses and develop appropriate care plans. Coordinate and deliver patient care while promoting a safe, therapeutic, and healing environment. Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and modify care plans as appropriate. Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity and quality of care. Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions. Participate in discharge planning to support continuity of care. Delegate and coordinate responsibilities among healthcare team members in accordance with their scope of practice. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
